George Mason and the State and Local Government Cybersecurity Partnering Initiative are inviting nominees for the first annual Local Government Cybersecurity Partnering Awards (LGCP Awards).
The Awards program builds upon the Mason – NSF City and County Cybersecurity Partnering research project which includes facilitating and fostering local and state government cybersecurity partnering and collaboration.
The Awards celebrate and honor local governments and local government staff for innovation and excellence in cybersecurity in the categories of:
- Local Governments
- Partnership and Collaboration
- Policy Innovation
- Technology Adoption and Application
- Local Government Staff
- Vision and Leadership
- Lifetime Contribution
Award nominations may be submitted by a local government or local government staff or partners of a nominated organization.
Nominations open on September 15th, 2021 and the nominations deadline is January 31st, 2022.
