Please join INSEEC Grande École, Paris, France, the Center of Excellence for Cybersecurity Risk Management and Resilience (CRC) and the Center for Assurance Research and Engineering (CARE) for a vibrant discussion of how the U.S. and France are balancing AI innovation and risk. What are considerations for economic competitiveness, intellectual property and privacy? How do existing legal and policy frameworks such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and U.S. state privacy laws impact the policy development and outlook for AI policy and regulation? How do France’s policies align with the European AI Act? What are the main tenets of the White House AI Action Plan of July 23rd, 2025? What are the international bilateral and multilateral considerations of differing laws, policies and jurisdictions?
